AS for your shyness, just start things slow. Slowly build your way up. Start with light conversation, perhaps about her day. Once you feel comfortable there, go up a notch. Try getting to know HER, as in her interests, etc. Then when you feel comfortable enough, ask her to hang out sometime. Hope this helps, and good luck!!
