It's up to you hun.
I would probably just calmly maturely explain to her the situation and that you two barely talked before. Just be honest. Show her that you're happily married.

She is acting quite crazy but think about it, you don't know what she or them have been through. She seems like she has trust issues, self esteem/confidence issues. He probably has cheated on her before.
