Send a message to admins of pages you like, and ask them to promote your page to their followers. Lots of pages do that. You also gonna have to promote their pages on your page -- it's a give-and-take scenario.

Also use a catchy name and make sure your page description is detailed so people know what it's about.

Most of all, make sure your page has really interesting contents so you get more followers, and avoid un-follows.
