There is no way to check who views your profile. If this person is harassing you through email, mark his mail as spam so it will go right to your spam folder.

If this person has your email address, he or she probably knows you and is just trying to upset you for whatever reason. The more you talk about this with your friends, the longer this will go on. Stop talking about it. If anyone asks what the status is, just say that you decided it's not that important to you. If one particular person insists on a better answer, you have your "stalker".
