Google is promising some pretty enticing stuff for upcoming net books (think midyear) running on its ultra-thin, long-awaited Chrome operating system: instant-on operation. Ultra-tight security. Seamless sharing. Awesome battery life. A constant yet invisible stream of OS updates. Even printing from the cloud.
