The speed of web designer to finish their job depends on how frequent the client ask for changes to be made on the project. It's truly depends on either the client wants the quality or the quantity for the finalized product. It might take 5 to 7 weeks as preparing the site assets, debugging and refining the code consume a lot of time. Do bear this in mind as web designer are still in artistic league which they want things to be as good/perfect as possible when they perform their job.
