There is so much free info & videos online, I cannot understand how you haven't found anything! I have free videos in the link below - they're a bit old with Wordpress keeps updating but the overall info is valid.

You don't really build Wordpress as the script comes complete but you personalize it with your own theme (lots of free ones-just add a new header/footer graphic), and the various plugins both free and paid for seo.security,social marketing etc as well as e-commerce.

These are some essential free ones I use which you can search for from with your Wordpress control panel.
