How do i control my brother?

My son has autism and he is 6yrs old. He doesn't talk, he bites, hits, pinches and throws stuff around. I have learned so much over the past few years and i have come to the conclusion that these children have parasites in their bodies and they are hurting inside. Please read the book "Healing the Symptoms known as Autism" By Kerri Rivera. There have been families with older very aggressive children who have been on their road to recovery from autism. Your brother is suffering inside his body and how can he tell you? You guys, his family, are his only hope.
