my internet connection is really bad! any ideas 2 make it reliable?

I would contact your provider and explain that to them, there might be something they can do(check signal strength or provide you with updated equipment.) Typically a hardwired ethernet cable provides the fastest internet. maybe the USB method is becoming unstable.
