Motorola surfboard sb4200's lights are on, but no internet connection?
My boyfriend's cable modem shows all of its lights but there has been no internet connection for the past few days. He's tried it wirelessly and also by directly plugging it into his laptop. He's tried the 30 second plug-unplug thing, but still nothing. Any suggestions on fixing this? Thanks! Smile
He went to the command prompt and it replied 'Media disconnected'
