bitcomet kill my internet connection?

It doesn't kill your internet connection. What happens is that you are letting it use all your bandwitch available without control. Open Bitcomet, go to it's options, and set a solid amount of bandwitch you want to give to Bitcomet. By default the value is 0, which means "unlimited", for both your upload and download speed.
