You get a router and connect to it via LAN or WiFi.

I currently use Comcast

4.) How many Mbps does each internet provider provide and at what price
I'm using Comcast's Performance Package which gives 20 Mbps download 4MB upload and the price is $29.99 for the first 6 months.

Verizon gives 15MBps download and 5MB upload for $54.99 a month
