As an online job, you would not need to relocate. There are a few specific PR businesses in London and globally of course massive scope. It depends on what your offering. A specific PR business is more of an agency who can be outsourced to by other businesses... For example Ocado might use a London PR business rather than having their own marketing and PR division. Of this then, 3 things: 1. Work in specific PR? 2. Work in Online Marketing Department for a corporation? 3. Make your own business offering marketing on a more of a freelance basis with creation of materials and other marketing/pr activities?

North England... Fantastic doldrums... But it's all about London and Saint Tropez. All this North England stuff is a farce right from the very start.

Going to work agencies helps, going to monster.co.uk, a work program to fine tune a CV... It's luck of the drawn. I go to interview in whatever is appropriate, sometimes smart casual, sometimes more street if it's one of those Silicon Valley types.
