Technically, yes, you can.

however, a lot of companies that do own the copyrights usually do not care about pictures unless you are selling them for profit.
A picture doesn't distract sales like, say a video on youtube would.
If the movie Frozen was on youTube, then that would distract sales because people could just watch it on youtube instead of buying it

A picture from Frozen on a facebook page however, doesn't have the same effect. it's just a picture. You're not really watching the movie for free with a simple picture, so Disney's likely not gonna care.

By the way, saying you don't own the copyrights makes no sense. if you don't own the copyrights, then it's not yours to copy onto your page or anywhere else.
