No you will not have it while underway BUT you will be able to access your @navy.mil email messages because that is now how they are sent instead of family grams (47 words). Those emails are read twice before released for OPSEC and PERSEC violations and will not always go through or if they do then it can be a partial message as well. Many emails like family grams are not read by those who are suppose to receive them but instead Nemo and Dori.
