SEO involves a long list of techniques.Here are some basic SEO techniques that you can do:

1) Try to identify the appropriate keywords and key phrases for your web pages.But,Avoid keyword stuffing while promoting the content.
2) As content is king, Publish Motivative content regularly.
3) The functionalities and overall look of your website also matters.So, be careful about this.
4) Concentrating more on title tag and ALT tags is also helpful.
