Hi There,
1) Crawling is when the search engine "spiders" (aka robots) "crawl" through your website to get an index of what is contained in it. They read what is in the META tags and what is in the body so when people search for specific terms, your website will show up in the search results.

2) A robot is what is used to crawl through your website as I described in the first point.

3)The Google algorithm is how they go about searching through every website to give them the best performance in searching through all of the websites the fastest.

4) To be honest, I'm not exactly sure what the 301 and 302 headers are. but I found this link that basically says that they are the responses your website server sends to google letting it know the status of the website (down, does it need to be redirected, etc...)

5)What I think you mean by Google "Terms" is the use of keywords. In the META tags of the website, if you want to get your website to the top, then you will need to choose the best keywords that are popular on Google and that best describe your website.

Another thing about SEO is getting links. More links on different websites = more site traffic
