Lol no its fine. No one needs to know your business. Its okay to want to keep certain things private. Besides, when you post pictures people always make opinions about it. Sometimes its good but other times its bad. You shouldn't have to deal with that. If posting pictures of your love life makes you uncomfortable then you shouldn't do it. Your REAL friends will understand or at least respect your decision
