Get a System 76 Darter Ultrathin. It's a great laptop that is light, powerful (Up to 16 GB RAM), has great storage (Up to 2 TB) and a great operating system, Ubuntu Linux. You can do everything you need on Ubuntu-

For MS Office, Ubuntu Linux has Libreoffice, which is free and is compatible with as MS Office files.
For Programming, Ubuntu Linux has... Well, freaking everything. Just look it up.
For Games, Ubuntu Linux has STEAM! World of Warcraft can also run in Linux using Wine.

Linux is an AMAZING OS, and is much better than Windows. Everything you can do in Windows you can do in Linux for free.

Did I mention the laptop screen has amazing quality, and is a touch screen?
