From the information you just gave, you should already have 6 pack, from the picture i can see that you have vascular arms, but i think the problem is that you maintain a lot of water in your body that why you chest and abs are not shredded like your arms, anyways why don't you contact me on my FB page "Hass BodybBuilding" i think i can help you out peace
