I keep getting SSL errors on Google Chrome?
When I put in the URL, https://www.facebook.com on Chrome I get an error that says SSl Error and here is what the error says = Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have.
Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.

I have tried everything from changing the time on my computer, changing browsers, virus scanning my computer, disabling the anti-virus software. I have tried flushing my DNS, I have literally tried everything and nothing works.

Do you folks have any ideas?
