Why can't I connect to the Internet?
I can't connect to my home wifi through my laptop. So I tried connecting through my phone's wifi, and I still have the same problem. With both connections I'm told that it's limited. Can someone tell me how to fix this.

Also,

I can connect to my phone to my home wifi without being told that anything is limited.

Windows 8.
