my email and instagram was hacked!?

I made another yahoo email so i could make another instagram when i tried to log into my other instagram it said "To secure your account, we have reset yourpassword. Please tap Forgot Password below and follow the instructions to access your account." I did that and it sent a email to the email i used to make the instagram. When i tried to log into my email i couldnt. i dont know know what password i used and i only remember 1 of the 2 security questions! What do i need to do? I really need to log into my email and get my instagram back i have 3000 followers! How do i get my other email and my instagram account back someone please answer!!!!!!!
