Sometimes FB servers are under maintenance. Something similar happened with me, but not actually for so long. Try putting in m.facebook.com in your browser and see if it works fine.
Sometimes it can be because of an issue with your browser. try using another one, such as Mozilla Firefox.

For the rest, Facebook puts up much better details when it bans/blocks someone, so in any case you are not banned from accessing Facebook. Just wait and try what I wrote above Smile
