If you have seen his 'true colours' this obviously means he didn't treat you very well, so you should just take a step back, and get on with your life, and let him get on with his. You don't have to talk to him VIA text or internet. But if you were to see him face to face, it won't harm you to talk to him. You may as well allow yourself to move on.
