Well, it's illegal. You are still a minor and he's already past the 'age of consent' and legal for sex. You have to be 16 or 17 to date him depending on the 'age of consent law' where you live. Otherwise, he can get in trouble for even just kisisng and hugging you let alone doing any sexual acts on you.
