I have tried logging into my yahoo account but i cannot remember my password i can't even remember answers to S/C, what

i have tried logging into my yahoo account to get access to an e-mail, i haven't used this account for a while but i definatly remember what my password was only problem is appaerently my password is wrong i try to answer the security questions but can't even answer those because i do not know what i would have put as answers.
Is there anyay i can get access to my account or no? i need to get to an e-mail with a password rest link on for my work page for my twitter account.
