How to register an account when Ip Banned on a forum?
So I got IP banned on a forum (I actually did not do anything wrong) and I want to register an account so I can talk on the forums again. I can use a proxy to look at topics/posts on the forum but I cannot write back because I cannot make an account when using a proxy/when ip banned.

So I want to know if there is a way that I can make an account and chat on the forums again. Is there a way to temp. change my IP?

Note that I can get onto the site using a proxy but it will not let me register an account.
