Why does the text format change drastically when I forward an email?
Whenever I forward an email message using my YAHOO! email the text format of the original message changes drastically. If the original message has any images or form-type formatting it turns to nearly unreadable gibberish with MANY extra lines and spaces inserted. This started happening after I was finally forced out of the classic version. It happens in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome. Is there any way to retain the formatting of forwarded messages?
Is this really what YAHOO! mail labels as support? It seems to be where questions go to die. In an attempt to further insult me, I just received an email from YAHOO titled, "Heads up, you may want to extend your question". In that email it tells me to breathe new life into my question by using the Action Bar to extend it for another 4 days. WHAT ACTION BAR??? Maybe if YAHOO! returned to the classic version they wouldn't be overwhelmed with questions and problems.
