It's too much of a lot. As a blogger, my first question was: What is this site meant to do?

I agree with OP, please get rid of that black background. It makes the site hard to read and seems to be all over the place.

Make your videos about 325x325. People trying to view this on a mobile phone or laptop are going to be turned off by it filling their screens with no way to adjust it if they want to. I'll send you an email...there's more and some very important things you've forgottenSmile
