Webs.com website not working?

I made a website a long time ago using webs.com website builder. I have a free account, but use the website daily. But for the past few days I've been unable to access it: it's timed out when loading. I've rebooted my computer, disabled my ad blocker and cleared cookies and cache. I've also tried using Google Chrome, Internet Explorer and Firefox. All time out and say 'Problem loading webpage'. My internet is fine: I'm able to use Youtube, Twitter and other websites just fine.
Can you suggest what may be wrong? Also, can you give me a way to get in touch with webs.com (ie an email address?)

The website is http://www.the-webby.webs.com and seems to work fine on other people's computers.
