how to get over a crush?

Its been three years since I had a crush on this guy. He broke my heart and I heart him too. He always used to say we were friends. And he never noticed me. Anyway this one time we had a fight and I said that I hated him. He said it back. Then he started making fun of me with his friends. But we never talked again. The problem is that I stalk his fb all the time. We arent friends on fb but my best friend finds new ways into hacking so I get to know things about him. The wierd thing is that its a nightmare to imagin that I would end up with this guy but when ever I like a new guy. Ialways remmeber him and think it will end badly. How do I get over him.
