Late night TV commercials are probably not too expensive, they are particularly useful for time sensitive events happening that weekend.

In case you weren't aware, a great number of the paid internet advertising networks offer geo targeting, so you only pay for local readers, most use the visitor IP address which is not a precise as zip codes, Facebook ads target specific cities users had put in their profiles.
