You both should take it slow, she needs space to deal with her life first, you can continue to be friends but you can't force her to like you the same way you do.

I think you should just give her some space and let her know you'll always be there for her because you care, she seems she cares about you too, but at this point in her life she's just got a lot going on

You can try and tell you can be friends but be honest and say you are afraid of liking her again and getting rejected again, so you both set some boundaries.
