Its very difficult to obtain first page SEO keyword ranking for u your site if your site is not in the language you are targeting.

Do you mean you want your keywords to be ranked high in a specific google website like google.fr for french keyword?

You can try this company, http://www.blindmonkeymedia.com since they have had success with German keywords even though they specialize in english SEO keywords.
