First of all, relax. Hold your head high and leave your house! Show people that you DID apologize and were not alone. You didn't happen to save any text messages from your friends bullying the girl, did you? How about on Facebook? Find some ammunition to show that you were not the only one.
By the way, your friends are so not cool for not sticking up for you. Lose the losers. "Clair" sounds like a spoiled little brat. Take the punishment like a woman, and go on with your life. They went to extremes by wearing T-shirts, and publicly demeaning you. I feel that those actions were very wrong. When you have "the meeting", I would go ahead and tell them that you were not the only one, but others were doing the same, if not worse. Stand Up For Yourself! Don't you dare let them bring you down alone.
If I were there, I would stick up for you, and walk all over town with you. If anyone stared, I would stare right back!
