How do you talk to someone on Twitter ?

There are two options in talking to people on Twitter:

1. Send them a DM (means "Direct Message")
2. Mention them and then tell them what you want to tell them.

DMs are a good choice if you're talking about something private. But if it's something public, then you could just Mention the person.Smile
