I don't think VPN can provide you free internet connection, dude. I suggest that you enroll to or get a legit connection from an Internet Service Provider. Or, you can use your mobile phone as a modem (google the details, and don't forget to indicate your phone model).

By the way, using your phone as a source of internet connection will still cost you money. It's not free. In fact, it is more costly than if you get a legit connection from an Internet service provider.
