You should stop sleeping with him if you're going to be upset if this doesn't turn into a more serious commitment. And if that drives him away, then you be glad that you didn't waste more of your time trying to turn this into something. Or you could decide that you're getting something out of the arrangement, too, and resolve to just enjoy it for however long it lasts instead of needing to lock him in when you're not even sure you really want to keep him yet.
