different questions

1. process -- you go to a recruiter and enlist - not much different than what you did the first time

2. but, your prior service and the army is limiting prior service enlistments

and right now -- 09-L Combat Interpreter/Translator Arabic is NOT on the list of prior service that are allowed to enlist
