Think quality over quantity. I looked at the website - it's clearly a special-purpose company, which means generic traffic will get you precisely nothing (and only increase your hosting fees in the process.) More hits doesn't equal more business if all the visitors aren't in the market for industrial water treatment chemicals.

Identify organizations/groups/online forums where people who might care about industrial chemicals might hang out and participate in those communities. You'd rather have 100 relevant hits to your site a month vs. 100K completely irrelevant ones - I will likely never be in the market for your product line, because I know very little about the industry and don't particularly care to learn because it impacts my life precisely zero. Getting me as a visitor doesn't help you.
