Paul Harvey and the Rest of the Story, would be helpful.
Schools routinely sweep bullying and harassment under the carpet, because they don't want to get involved (witness first hand). I suspect there is more to the story, that lead him to make a false report. (such as it was the only way to fight back because, the school wasn't helping with a known issue, just a guess and does not make it right) "marking the second time a transgender student reported being the target of violence at the campus." Twice in a coupe mouths, the first one the girl was being harassed/bullied and lashed out (not calling it correct) but a normal reaction, I bet the kids harassing her got off scot free or close to it.. It's funny how schools have cameras and they catch teachers being assaulted, but they are never used to confirm/deny student on student bullying. This not a trans issue, it is the same old issue of school bullies and how the school handles such incidents. |
