First of all you didn't tells us what kind of computer stats you have or what graphics card you have. For all we know you're computer is incapable of playing video.

Second of all - is this a video that you have already downloaded to your computer or is it a video that you are trying to play from the internet?

Third - have you tried, simply, restarting your computer? This should always be the first step before seeking help.

- if it is a internet stream - maybe your wifi is slow? maybe your browser sucks? Have you tried Chrome? Chrome plays better across the board - usually.

- do you have all the right codecs? Download and install Divx.
