Please be decent and answer. why hasn't he bothered to text me?

?I know ive posted this a few times, and I know I should mug him off, but I need help, do I confront him or not?!?! seeing this guy for about 2 months now. He was proper chasing me at the start now it's stopped. He lost his virginity to me and said he was glad that he lost it to someone he cares about. Ive met his friends and family. I asked the typical questions such as what are we? He said he doesnt want a relationship right now as hes got so much going on at work(to be fair hes away a lot and has two jobs)he then said it doesnt mean we cant be together properly once all the work is over. Over the last week hes text me about twice and has been all over fb liking and commenting on other people's stuff. What do I do? Confront him?
