Google spider / search bots crawl your site and all your content. Your site must be in Google SERPS

How it will give the first rank?
Google algorithmn automatically rank a page based on many variables eg. PR, on page seo, external links pointing to site

How it will take the process?
Google technology will decide how to process your website
