Need help dechipering a code FB 10-14-07 22:32 -10-15-07 06:24?
This is a clue for a free shipping code for a cosmetic product sold on ebay. Can anyone decipher it? It can be found at the bottom of the listing at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...:IT&ih=004

The seller states: Free shipping - it ain't easy. but it's fun!
I will pay for your shipping on this item, if you do me one favor. Break the code in the black bar middle of this yellow box, solve the mystery, and include the secret shipping code in the NOTES section of your Paypal payment
HERE'S WHERE THE PUZZLE STARTS:
FB 10-14-07 22:32 -10-15-07 06:24 (in a black bar only visible when highlighted)
Note: When you decipher the hidden clue in the black bar above, that IS NOT your free shipping code. It is a clue to how to find your free shipping code online.
