What is the best way to tell my parents I`m an atheist?

Well, it will be something hard for them to hear. But you obviously care and want them to know. I would suggest simply sitting down with them for a talk and just telling them. They are going to want to know why, and simply state your reasons why in a timely manner. I'm not sure how they will react, but I know they will most likely be hurt. Try to understand how they feel about it. Something they believe it and raised their son to be, doesn't believe it. They are going to be hurt. But hopefully they will be understand enough to accept it. They are your parents and still love you no matter what.
