Why Google dropped my all top ranked keywords?

It's called google sandbox. I have been facing that for years. It happens when you update your web with large amount of pages or you didn't have any original, unique content at all. Another explanation is because you added RSS feed (which the content of the RSS is equal/same with your page) it's penalized as duplicate content.
Google hate duplicate content.
How to avoid duplicate content?
add robots.txt that deny access to your RSS feed by google search engine, so, google only indexing your page.
