How do you get a picture off your camera onto instagram?

In your case you'd have to get it to the phone & then from there onto Instagram. Should just email yourself the pics, download them & then get them to Instagram.

Just press the camera button & you should see a pic to the left of that (usually the latest pic you have) & from there you could select the picture you want to use.
