how do I get my ex bf to stop contacting me?

My ex and I broke up over a year ago, we used to live together and do everything together.We were together for almost 3 years and the reason we broke up was because I felt he was very controlling and jealous, also because I would go out with my friends on weekends some times and go clubbing or go to bars. He always would accuse me of doing things with other guys and etc... and I eventually just got sick of it and broke it off. I started working out at the gym and dating other guys and he asked me if I wanted to hangout. This was a month or two after we broke up, which I knew was not a good idea but saw him anyways. Well basically we talked about whats new in our life and I told him I was seeing a guy and we hooked up. I KNOW ! Stupid on my part and I know it was to soon but I was trying to fill a empty part I was feeling. He shorty started acting completely different toward me.I could tell things werent going to be the same. A week later he tells me hes been seeing a girl at his work and he really likes her and how pretty she is and how he didnt think he can get a girl like her. So I decided I should move forward with my life and leave him and his new girl alone. So I moved to a new state(have family there)and we stopped contact for a little while. I found out that he and her are official bf and gf over facebook. BUT the thing is, he wont stop calling me and contacting me. He makes fake facebook profiles and calls me on unknown numbers and calls me on his friends phones. Why?
